Nowadays we live in a world that predominantly relies on digital communication, which we clearly see in the way you rely on our support department.  
The total of tickets that our support service has received through email increases progressively, while the requests made by telephone decrease daily.  

As a software company, we strive to offer you, our customer, a support as efficient as possible. This means we will be facilitating the schedule of our service by phone in order to provide more time to respond by email.


Accordingly, from the 21st of November on there will be new service hours for our support by telephone:


• On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9h to 12h30 and from 13h30 to 17h.

• On Wednesday and Friday from 9h to 12h30 and from 13h30 to 15h.


For support via email we will continue to be available daily until 17h. These new 'hotline hours' will ameliorate our service, in order for us to provide you a first-rate service.
