SCIA User Contest 2007



Dear [[Subscriber]],

Recently you participated in the 3rd edition of the SCIA User Contest 2007.

A large number of projects were submitted: 99 projects from 71 customers. SCIA is very pleased and would like to thank you for the great interest shown for this contest and the wide diversity of all submitted projects.
A diversity shown in the types of companies that participated, the international locations where the projects will be built and also the types of projects that were sent in, varying from bridges to industrial up to skyscrapers.

An international jury, composed of members from universities, companies and professional associations gathered at SCIA on the 19th of April to judge the projects; a difficult task if one considers the extreme high technical level of the participating projects and the attractive ways in how they were presented by their originators.

We are glad to inform you about the winning projects. They are:

Each of the above winners will receive a cheque of 1.000 €, but in the spirit of the Olympic Games, we at SCIA think that everybody is a winner. Therefore, we congratulate each company warmly. As soon as the SCIA User Contest Book is printed (probably mid June), all participants will receive a copy and also the non-winning will be rewarded with a nice surprise for their amazing projects and the efforts they made.

Soon we will also communicate the results of the contest to the international press and next week via our monthly eNews letter to 15.000 subscribers.

We sincerely wish to individually thank every participant; we also congratulate everybody with his proven achievements with the SCIA CAE and CAD software and are looking forward to welcome you for the next edition.
